Dementia Assist LLC provides a Certified Dementia Assistant Program that is recognized by multiple agencies across the state of Utah (and beyond).
The Certified Dementia Assistant Program Training is open to any health care professional wishing to add to their dementia knowledge/skills. It uses a humanistic approach to dementia care to teach valuable applied skills that you can use every day in your work with individuals affected by this disease.
The training consists of an annual 8 hour class (in-person or online) which provides the basics of effective dementia care.
At the end of this training you will receive official certification as a Dementia Assistant (CDA) which gives you a unique advantage in the ever-growing field of dementia care.
